F.A.Q.

- When will my package be shipped?

Ordered (& paid) between Monday 22.00 and Wednesday 22.00--> shipped on Thursday.

Ordered (& paid) between Wednesday 22.00 and Friday 22.00--> shipped on Monday.

Ordered (& paid) between Friday 22.00 and Monday 22.00--> shipped Tuesday.

- How long does it generally take for a package to arrive?

The Netherlands            - 1-2 days after shipping.

Europe                          - 5-7 days after shipping.

World                          - 7-14 days after shipping.

Can I track my package?

Packages of 40 euros or above or packages that will not fit through a mailbox can be tracked. If you want to receive a trackingnumber please let us know (non-dutch customers will automically get a trackingcode) If you are Dutch and also want to receive a trackingnumber please let us know when you order.

Please note: Packaging is done with our own boxes and/or envelopes. We take exceptional care with your package to make sure your item(s) will not get damaged during shipping. We have over seven years of experience in shipping game-related items, so buy with confidence.

- Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. we do. Your country can be selected in the check-out system.

- What are the shipping costs to my country?

Shipping costs depend of the size, weight and value of the item(s). After you have selected what you want to buy and go to the checkout, select your country and you will see what the total amount will be.

- Do you accept returns ?

We accept returns within 14 days, but before returning please be sure to contact us via email:

We will then go over the procedure with you.

- Do you offer warranty?

Yes, we do. We offer 1 month of guarantee on all our products!

- Can I come and pick up my order?

Yes, you can. Be advised that we do require you to make an appointment to do so. Appointments can only be made for specific times.

- Where is your store located?

We do not have an actual store as such, but we operate from Spijkenisse (The Netherlands). If you intend to come and pick up your order (after you have made an appointment), this is the location that you will need to go to.

- What are the payment options?

You can use:

- Ideal

-PayPal

- Bank transfer (IBAN)

All payment options require no additional costs! Please not that Ideal is only available for customers from The Netherlands.

-What does Boxed / CIB / Complete / Unboxed mean?

Complete or ‘CIB’ means that the game comes with the original box and the original manual. If the game / console is not CIB, this means it is just the game / console and nothing else.

- What do you mean by ‘condition’?

Because collectors wish to know which condition the box and manual are in, especially cardboard game cases, we try to help out by giving our assessment of the condition of the game, box and manual. The range goes from 1 to 10 - where 10.0 is new / mint and 1.0 is totally messed up)  Our advice is simply this – take a close look at all three pictures, because these show the actual item.
