How long does it generally take for a package to arrive?

The Netherlands - Normally the next day after we shipped.

Europe - Depends on the country, between 2 and 8 days.

World  - Depends on the country, between 7 and 14 days.

Can I track my package?

Packages of 40 euros or above or packages that will not fit through a mailbox can be tracked.

Please note: Packaging is done with our own boxes and/or envelopes. We take exceptional care with your package to make sure your item(s) will not get damaged during shipping. We have many years of experience in shipping game-related items, so buy with confidence.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. we do. Your country can be selected in the check-out system (is your country not there? please contact us)

What are the shipping costs to my country?

Shipping costs depend of the size, weight and value of the item(s). After you have selected what you want to buy and go to the checkout, select your country and you will see what the total amount will be.

Do you accept returns ?

We accept returns within 14 days, but before returning please be sure to contact us via email:

Do you offer warranty?

Yes, we do. We offer 1 month of guarantee on all of our products!

Can I come and pick up my order?

Yes, you can. Be advised that we do require you to make an appointment to do so. Appointments can only be made for specific times.

What does Boxed / CIB / Complete / Unboxed mean?

Complete or ‘CIB’ means that the game comes with the original box and the original manual. If the game / console is not CIB, this means it is just the game / console and nothing else.

C = Cart or Console

I = Instruction Manual

B = Box

What do you mean by ‘condition’?

Because collectors wish to know which condition the box and manual are in, especially cardboard game cases, we try to help out by giving our assessment of the condition of the game, box and manual. The range goes from 1 to 10 - where 10.0 is new / mint and 1.0 is totally messed up)  Our advice is simply this – take a close look at all three pictures, because these show the actual item. 

What screentext are the games?

99% in English, otherwise we will add the extra info.

Can i play the games in my country? and what does PAL / NTSC Means?

PAL = European / Australia

NTSC = Northern American

Please before you buy, and you have questions about this, contact us before buying, sometimes you need a convertor to play the game you see.

Do i receive the actual photo item?

With Games with a condition, yes.

With loose games we use stockphotos, but the actual item is always in the exact same condition.
